Quotes
Quotes are based on the information and photos supplied. If conditions on site differ materially from what was described, we will discuss the change with you before continuing.
Scope of work
Our services cover exterior cleaning and gutter protection. We do not carry out roof restoration, repairs, plumbing or electrical work. Where those trades are needed, we will let you know so you can engage an appropriately licensed contractor.
Access and site conditions
Work is subject to safe access at the property and suitable weather. Please let us know in advance about pets, fragile surfaces, existing damage, or restricted access, and make sure vehicles and outdoor furniture are moved clear where requested.
Results
Cleaning outcomes vary with the age, material and condition of each surface. Some staining, weathering and wear may remain visible after cleaning.
